Some bicycle accessories already have a MIK Adapter Plate and can be clicked on instantly. Other accessories can easily be made MIK-ready using a MIK Adapter Plate.

Not every bicycle has a luggage carrier with integrated MIK Profiles. Fortunately, you can easily make your bicycle MIK-ready yourself. Mount the MIK Carrier Plate on your carrier. And enjoy all the MIK benefits! Suitable for mounting on universal carriers (100-170mm).
MIK Double Decker
Mount the Double Decker on top of another MIK accessory. This way, you can easily make all kinds of combinations. For example, a dog basket or a shopping crate on top of your bicycle bags. This allows you to carry even more.
MIK Pannier Bag Tubes
Would you like to carry side bags as well? In this case, mount the MIK Pannier Bag Tubes to your MIK Carrier Plate to attach hook-on side bags onto your bicycle. It can be that easy.
MIK Key
With the MIK Key, you can lock your bike accessories. Choose the MIK Key S, which stays in the MIK Adapter Plate 2.0 for quick attachment and detachment. Or choose the MIK Key L, which provides extra length for easy use with larger accessories like crates and baskets.

No, MIK Profiles is not suitable for child bike seats. You need a luggage carrier with MIK HD (Heavy Duty) Profiles for this; these are extra strong and tested for heavier loads.
With the MIK Adapter Plate 2.0, you can securely lock your bike accessories. This is done with the supplied MIK Key S or L. You always need a MIK Key to attach or remove accessories.
The MIK Key is designed for the MIK Adapter Plate 2.0 and allows you to attach, detach, and lock accessories on your bike.
The MIK Stick is used with the MIK Adapter Plate 1.0 to secure and detach accessories, but it does not have a locking function. This adapter plate is no longer produced; all new products use the MIK Adapter Plate 2.0.
The MIK Adapter Plate 2.0 comes with two keys:
MIK Key S: This compact key is perfect for accessories you frequently carry. You can leave the key in the adapter plate for quick detachment and locking of your bike accessory.
MIK Key L: This extendable key provides extra length, ideal for larger accessories such as crates and baskets. Perfect for those who want to keep their accessory securely locked to the bike without constant removal.
